“It’s an exciting time for HCL - we have a blank sheet of paper in front of us and now it is time to rebuild the foundations. We are developing to meet the changing needs in the healthcare staffing market” Lynette Eastman says.
“There has been a distinct shift in the healthcare recruitment environment and we must adapt to service this change. There needs to be a movement from a being a staffing |

business to becoming a solutions provider - it’s a transformation and we are looking to create value and set high standards.”
Equipped with a background that includes BP International, HSBC and Telefonica, Lynette looks to deliver on her high quality customer engagement vision for HCL.
“In my view, this is what differentiates us from the competition. To be a big player in the market we need to be more than solely a staffing business – that part of the business will stay, but transforming into a solutions business with corporate governance and the strength that underpins that will allow us to respond to needs of customers and to grow sustainably over the long term.”
Ends.
