Administration & Clerical division:

HCL’s administration and clerical division, HCL Fairstaff, has been established for over 20 years providing administrative, secretarial and support staff to a range of clients, including hospital trusts, GP surgeries, charities and even consulting rooms and sports organisations across the UK.

Healthcare division:

HCL’s dedicated Allied Health Professional & Health Science Services (AHP/HSS) division, HCL Healthcare, covering the widest possible array of professions. Working with both private employers and the NHS, we cover all modalities at various bands and grades.

Doctors division:

HCL Doctors was established in April 2010 and saw the bringing together of JCJ Locums, HCL Thames Medics, BBL Medical and HCL GPs. This amalgamation created an unrivalled provider of locum doctors in the marketplace with bespoke recruitment solutions, UK wide.

Nursing division:

HCL Nursing was formed in October 2010 following the acquisition of Orion Locums, Montagu, Nurselink and MPS Healthcare, followed by Medical Technical and Temp-Aid in August 2011. We are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of registered nurses and healthcare support workers.

Social Care division:

HCL Social Care is a leading supplier in the sourcing and placing of qualified social workers and social care professionals throughout the UK. Working on behalf of local authorities, charities and public and private organisations, we can supply staff on a temporary, fixed contract or permanent basis.

Permanent division:

HCL Permanent has helped thousands of healthcare workers and social care professionals find their ideal role, whilst working with clients across the health and social care market to ensure that their staffing needs are met.
