Having worked with the Medical Staffing field for a number of years and having worked previously with other suppliers, I had a very clear and high expectation of the service expected from HCL. From our initial meeting I was most impressed by the professionalism and high level of customer service from all members of the HCL team which is of a significantly higher level than I have experienced previously with other suppliers. I have now worked with HCL on a number of projects and on every occasion they have designed bespoke programmes for us, they listened carefully to our requirements and delivered over and above expectation.
HCL have suggested and organised various recruitment campaigns including overseas events for which all costs were included in the agreed fees...all we had to do was interview the candidates. The screening had been completed to a such a high standard by HCL we offered posts to the majority of the candidates we interviewed. We have also worked with HCL on more ad-hoc projects and have experienced the same high level of customer service.
